Order Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, without any specific reason. You can initiate the order cancellation request via the Customer Support button available in the Mobile App.


Please note that Seed Park takes a lead time of 3 hours to process your order for forwarding it to the fulfillment team. If the ordered product is not available in stock and couldn't be delivered due to Seed Park's logistical issues, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund along with an amazing incentive. In cases where our courier partners are unable to deliver to unserviceable pin codes, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment source, which may take 2 to 3 working days to reflect in your source account.

If you fail to cancel your order within the 3-hour timeline, it means that the product is booked for further fulfillment, and we cannot cancel it upon request. We request you to kindly cancel the order within the 3-hour time frame by contacting our support team. In case you don't receive any reply from the support team after requesting cancellation within the stipulated time, please note that your request is considered, and a full refund will be issued within 2 to 3 working days to your source account.

Return Policy:

At Seed Park, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause damage to the package during shipping. In such instances, we accept returns only if there is visible damage, such as a broken seal or spillage of seeds, to the packet once the order is shipped.

We request customers to carefully inspect the package before accepting delivery from our courier partner. If there is any damage to the package, customers have the right to reject the delivery and inform us via the Customer Support option in the Mobile App within 24 hours, providing clear photographs or video evidence of the damage.

Our dedicated team will handle your request as soon as possible and will further investigate to verify the authenticity of the situation. Once confirmed, our team will initiate a product return request from your delivered home address. Once the return has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment source. Please note that it may take 2 to 3 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
